Refund policy

We want you to love your MiMa products. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we will replace or refund your order if:

A. Your item arrived damaged
Email us within 48 hours with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

B. You received the wrong item
We will immediately send the correct product.

C. Package lost in transit
If your tracking shows no updates for 10+ business days, we will assist and replace the order if confirmed lost.
